CoachTape Terms of Service and Sale

CoachTape is operated by Impact Atletica AB, organisation number 559571-1754, Fyrskeppsvägen 136, 121 54 Johanneshov, Sweden ("CoachTape", "we", "us"). Contact: leo@impactatletica.com. These Terms form a binding agreement between CoachTape and the person or organisation using the Service (the "Customer", "you"). Version 2026-09-11.

"Service" means the CoachTape web application and related features. "Content" means video, clips, thumbnails, annotations, drawings, voice notes, titles, tags, playlists, exports and any other material a User uploads to or creates in the Service. "Club" means the team, club or organisation on whose behalf a User acts. "User" means an individual with access to an account.

Accounts are intended for adult coaches, staff and Club administrators. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and must confirm this at registration. Accounts must not be created by or for children.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. If you register for a Club, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that Club and to bind it to these Terms. Access is currently provided as a private beta by invitation and may be limited, changed or withdrawn.

You or your Club retain all ownership of your Content. CoachTape claims no ownership of it.

You grant CoachTape a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, encode, transmit, display, annotate, organise, back up, render, export, share (as directed by you) and delete your Content strictly for the purpose of providing, securing and supporting the Service and performing functions you request. This licence ends when the Content is deleted, subject to routine backup cycles and legal retention obligations.

CoachTape does not sell your Content, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train general-purpose or third-party artificial intelligence models.

You warrant that, for every item of Content you upload, analyse, annotate, export or share, you or your Club hold all copyright, broadcast, image, personality, privacy and other rights, permissions, licences and lawful grounds required for that activity.

Access to footage through television, streaming, social media, a league platform or the internet does not by itself grant permission to upload, copy, analyse or share it through CoachTape. You are solely responsible for determining whether you are authorised.

Where Content contains personal data of players, coaches, officials, spectators or children, you warrant that your Club has a valid lawful basis, has given the required notices and obtained any required permissions, and controls who may view the Content. The Data Processing Agreement applies to that processing. You must not upload unnecessary health, disciplinary or other sensitive information.

You must not, and must not permit anyone to:

• upload or share Content you are not authorised to use;
• use the Service to infringe intellectual property, privacy or image rights;
• upload unlawful, harassing, defamatory or abusive material;
• attempt to breach security, access other Customers' data, or probe the Service without written permission;
• resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties outside your Club without our agreement;
• circumvent usage, storage or export limits, or interfere with the Service's operation.

Content is private by default. CoachTape does not make Content publicly discoverable. When you create a share link, you decide who receives it and are responsible for ensuring the recipients are authorised to view the footage. Share links can be revoked at any time. A recipient may still copy or screen-record what is displayed, so sensitive footage should be shared cautiously.

Anyone may report Content through /content-report. We assess sufficiently precise reports promptly. We may contact the uploading Customer, request evidence of rights, restrict access to the reported Content, remove it, or suspend an account while we assess a report. Submitting a report does not guarantee removal, and removal is not an admission of liability.

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice where necessary, if we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, a credible rights or privacy complaint, a security or legal risk, non-payment once paid plans apply, or a requirement of law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination we normally allow 30 days for you to export Content before deletion from active systems. Deleted material may remain temporarily in routine backups until overwritten.

The Service is provided during a private beta. Features may change, be withdrawn or contain defects, and availability is not guaranteed. No specific uptime, export time, storage duration or support response time is promised unless separately agreed in writing. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important footage.

CoachTape is currently offered without charge to invited beta participants. No payment processor is connected at present. If paid plans are introduced, prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase, a payment processor will be disclosed in the subprocessor list and Privacy Policy, and consumer withdrawal rights under applicable law will be respected. Any licence-based Club subscription is billed per licence for the interval selected and continues until cancelled.

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Impact Atletica AB against any third-party claim, demand, proceeding, fine, loss, damage, cost or reasonable legal expense arising from Content you upload, analyse, export or share, from a breach of your warranties in section 4, from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or from your Club's failure to meet its data protection obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, sporting results, or loss or corruption of Content that you have not separately backed up. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or the mandatory rights of consumers.

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data contained in your Content on your behalf, the Data Processing Agreement forms part of these Terms. Our providers are listed at /subprocessors, and some processing involves an international transfer with the safeguards described there.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required, and continued use after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance. We may ask you to confirm acceptance again, including confirming footage rights, when a new version is published.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, with Stockholm District Court as court of first instance, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
